1. General Information
Folded Heirs | Ear-Resistible is a responsible, ethical breeder dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized Scottish Fold and Scottish Straight kittens.
All information on this website is provided in good faith and may be updated without prior notice.

2. Availability
Because we are a small, boutique cattery, kitten availability is limited.
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee the availability or reservation of a kitten.
A kitten is considered reserved only after:
- A signed Purchase Agreement has been received, and
- The required reservation deposit has been paid.

3. Pricing
Kitten prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation deposit has been received.
Once a kitten has been reserved, the agreed purchase price will not change.
Prices do not include transportation, flight nanny services, or other optional expenses unless specifically stated.

4. Deposits
Reservation and waiting list deposits are applied toward the purchase price of the kitten.
Deposits are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Payment
Final payment must be received before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the reservation process.
Returned payments or unpaid balances may result in cancellation of the reservation.

6. Pickup & Delivery
Kittens generally go home between 12 and 14 weeks of age, once they have met our health and developmental standards.
Delivery dates are estimates and may change if additional veterinary care or developmental time is needed.
The health and well-being of each kitten always takes priority over scheduling.

7. Health
Every kitten leaves our home after receiving:
- Veterinary examinations
- Age-appropriate vaccinations
- Deworming
- Preventative care
- Health records
Additional information is outlined in our Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee.

8. Ownership
Ownership transfers to the Purchaser once full payment has been received and the kitten has been picked up or delivered.
The Purchaser assumes responsibility for all veterinary care and expenses after transfer.

9. Intellectual Property
All photographs, logos, written content, graphics, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Folded Heirs | Ear-Resistible.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Website Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and current information. However, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, photographs, or availability are error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time.

11. Right to Refuse Sale
Because our highest priority is the lifelong welfare of our kittens, Folded Heirs | Ear-Resistible reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale if we believe placement is not in the kitten’s best interest.
If we cancel a reservation before ownership transfers, any reservation deposit and payments received will be refunded in full.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida unless otherwise required by law.
Return and Refund Policy
At Folded Heirs | Ear-Resistible, every kitten receives extensive care, veterinary attention, and individualized socialization before joining their new family. Because each reservation removes a kitten from availability and represents a significant commitment of time and resources, we maintain the following refund policy.

Waiting List Deposits
The Priority Waiting List Deposit is non-refundable.
This deposit secures your place in line and is applied toward the purchase price of your future kitten.

Reservation Deposits
Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Once a kitten is reserved, that kitten is removed from availability and reserved exclusively for your family.

Purchase Price
The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
Failure to complete payment by the agreed-upon date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Buyer Cancellation
If the Purchaser decides not to proceed with the adoption after placing a reservation, all deposits are forfeited.
If additional payments beyond the reservation deposit have been made, any refund will be considered at the sole discretion of Folded Heirs | Ear-Resistible, less any non-recoverable expenses incurred.

Breeder Cancellation
If Folded Heirs determines that a kitten should not be placed due to illness, veterinary concerns, or circumstances affecting the kitten’s health or welfare, the Purchaser may choose one of the following:
- Transfer all payments to another available or future kitten.
- Receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Health Concerns Before Pickup
If a kitten develops a medical condition before pickup that makes placement unsafe or inappropriate, delivery may be delayed until the kitten has fully recovered.
The Purchaser may either:
- Continue with the reservation, or
- Transfer the reservation to another available or future kitten.

Transportation Delays
Folded Heirs | Ear-Resistible is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Airline scheduling
- Weather conditions
- Flight cancellations
- Natural disasters
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will work closely with the Purchaser to reschedule transportation as quickly as possible.

Returned Kittens
Due to the health risks associated with reintroducing cats into our cattery, returned kittens cannot be resold or refunded.
If a family can no longer care for their cat, we will gladly assist with rehoming or accept the cat back in accordance with our Purchase Agreement. However, no refund will be issued.

Allergies
The Purchaser is responsible for confirming that no member of the household has allergies before placing a reservation.
Refunds will not be issued due to allergies, landlord restrictions, family disagreements, or lifestyle changes.
