Folded Heirs is based in Boca Raton in South Florida. Pickup, delivery, and travel are available with applicable fees. We never ship kittens as cargo.
The main difference between a Scottish Fold and a Scottish Straight is their ears. Scottish Folds have signature folded ears, while Scottish Straights have naturally straight ears. Aside from ear shape, they share the same loving temperament, body type, and can both have long or short coats in a variety of colors and patterns.
Scottish Folds can make wonderful family companions thanks to their affectionate, gentle, and social nature. Our kittens are raised in-home with daily interaction, enrichment, and early socialization to help prepare them for life with their future families. As with any kitten, we recommend supervised, respectful interactions with young children and gradual introductions to other household pets.
Folded Heirs kittens are priced between $2,500 and $4,000, depending on factors such as coat color, ear type, and coat length. A kitten's individual price is provided when they become available for reservation.
A $1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit is applied toward the kitten's total purchase price. Families interested in a future litter may also join the priority waitlist with a $500 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the purchase price of their future kitten.
Folded Heirs kittens receive age-appropriate veterinary care, including vaccinations such as FVRCP and rabies, as appropriate for their age, along with routine deworming. Cats in the Folded Heirs breeding program are tested for FeLV and FIV and must be stated as negative for those conditions before adoption.
FVRCP is a core combination vaccine that protects against three serious feline diseases: feline viral rhinotracheitis (feline herpesvirus-1), feline calicivirus, and feline panleukopenia. Because kittens may still carry maternal antibodies that can reduce vaccine effectiveness, FVRCP is given as a series of vaccinations during kittenhood rather than a single dose. These are typically administered every few weeks until about 16–18 weeks of age, with the exact schedule determined by the veterinarian based on the kitten’s age and needs.
Our goal is for every kitten to leave Folded Heirs with appropriate preventive veterinary care already underway and clear records for their new family to continue that care. Families receive their kitten's vaccination records so they can continue the recommended preventive-care schedule with their own veterinarian.
All Folded Heirs kittens are placed as cherished companions and must be spayed or neutered by seven (7) months of age, or as recommended by your veterinarian. Proof of the procedure is required for our records.
We do not currently offer breeding rights; however, they may be considered under special circumstances and at our sole discretion.
For families who prefer it, we also offer pre-adoption spay/neuter for an additional $200, when approved by our veterinarian and appropriate for the kitten’s age and health.
Yes. Every kitten is fully litter trained before joining their new family. Our kittens are born and raised exclusively inside our home where they receive daily interaction, enrichment, and early socialization.
You may join our waitlist for upcoming litters with a $500 non-refundable waitlist deposit, which secures your place in line. Once kittens are born, families on our waitlist are contacted first and given priority to choose based on the available colors and genders.
Kittens are available for reservation at approximately 4 weeks of age, after their initial health evaluation. To officially reserve a kitten, a signed Purchase Agreement and a $1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit are required. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.

For the safety and well-being of our kittens, we do not ship kittens by cargo. All deliveries are completed through a professional flight nanny, ensuring your kitten travels safely in the main cabin and is personally escorted to you.

Our kittens are ready to go home once they have completed their required veterinary care, including kitten vaccinations and health examinations. This typically occurs around 16 weeks of age.

Yes. We share meaningful progress updates and many fresh moments through Instagram and will provide personalized updates directly once you have reserved your kitten.
