Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your kitten’s safety and comfort are always our highest priority.

Pickup

Families are welcome to pick up their kitten directly from our cattery by appointment at no additional charge.

Delivery

For families unable to travel, we proudly offer safe delivery throughout the United States.

Whenever possible, kittens travel:

• With a dedicated flight nanny in the aircraft cabin
• By personal ground transportation (when available)
• Through carefully arranged private delivery options

We never ship our kittens as cargo.

Delivery Costs

Transportation costs vary depending upon:

• Destination
• Airline pricing
• Flight nanny availability
• Ground transportation requirements

A transportation quote will be provided before final payment.

Delivery Schedule

Most kittens travel between 12 and 14 weeks of age after veterinary clearance.

Delivery dates remain estimates and may change if additional veterinary care or developmental time is needed.

Travel Delays

Occasionally weather, airline schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control may delay transportation.

Should this occur, we will immediately notify your family and arrange the next available travel date.

Health Guarantee

Every Folded Heirs kitten is raised with exceptional care, receives routine veterinary examinations, preventative care, and extensive socialization before joining their new family.

Our Promise

At the time of placement, your kitten is believed to be healthy and free from known life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects.

Veterinary Examination

To activate your Health Guarantee, your kitten must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within five (5) calendar days of arriving home.

If any significant health concern is discovered, Folded Heirs must be notified immediately.

What Is Covered

Our Health Guarantee covers serious congenital or hereditary conditions that are determined by a licensed veterinarian to have existed prior to your kitten joining your family.

If such a condition is confirmed, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution as outlined in your Purchase Agreement.

What Is Not Covered

Our Health Guarantee does not cover:

• Injuries
• Accidents
• Parasites acquired after transfer
• Exposure to contagious illness after leaving our care
• Improper nutrition
• Environmental factors
• Allergies
• Stress-related illnesses
• Routine veterinary expenses
• Elective procedures

FIP

Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) remains one of the least predictable diseases in feline medicine.

Because there is currently no reliable way to determine which cats carrying feline coronavirus may later develop FIP, no ethical breeder can guarantee against this disease.

Our Commitment

Although our Health Guarantee has limitations, our commitment to our families does not.

We remain available throughout your cat’s life to answer questions and offer guidance whenever needed.
